Job description
Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :
- Analyze, develop and implement intelligent workflow automation solutions using Kofax or Tungsten;
- Configure document capture, scanning, data extraction (OCR) and electronic document management solutions;
- Develop robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to optimize operations;
- Configure, customize and provide technical support for Kofax or Tungsten platforms;
- Perform integrations with ERP and DMS systems using web services and REST or SOAP APIs;
- Advise users on application features and best practices;
- Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation for users and support teams.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in workflow automation with Kofax Capture or Tungsten, including configuring batch classes, scanning documents and filing them in an electronic document management (EDM) system, such as Content Server or Livelink;
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in optical character recognition (OCR) with Kofax Project Builder or Tungsten, including the use of expressions regular (RegEx) and integrations with ERP or EDM systems using web services and REST or SOAP APIs;
- Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Java, including writing and analyzing complex queries;
- Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a developer or functional analyst;
- Have a minimum of one (1) year of experience with Jira and GitLab;
- Have a minimum of one (1) year of experience with C#, .NET and VBScript;
- Be proficient in Microsoft SQL Server databases;
- Be certified or trained in Kofax or Tungsten products.
