Job description
- Ensure the management and implementation of large-scale technological projects prioritized by the sector, creating a climate conducive to motivation;
- Optimize the use of project resources on an ongoing basis to meet industry objectives;
- Consistently and proactively raise and manage project risks and issues;
- Produce the various reports to monitor the progress of the project work and provide the progress statuses, while adapting the communication to the audience;
- Manage stakeholders and maintain good relationships with internal and external collaborators;

- Diagnose problematic situations, intervene and get involved in solving complex problems by ensuring the implementation of solutions.
- Hold an undergraduate degree in a field related to the industry and have seven (7) to ten (10) years of relevant experience;
- Be able to coordinate agile teams and master both traditional and agile development methodologies;
- Know how to use Jira and the Atlassian suite, as well as the Xray, Easy BI, Power BI and Microsoft Office suite;
- Efficiently manage multiple folders simultaneously and work under pressure;
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and mobilizing leadership;
- Demonstrate rigor in the execution of tasks, follow-up of deliverables and communications;
- This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding of documentation and professional communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues on an international scale. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
