Job description
- Support product owners, business line partners, and the digital delivery team in their decision-making and deliverables ;
- Adopt a user-centric, solution-agnostic approach for multi-domain initiatives;
- Define the scope of processes to be optimized and proactively support the planning of activities for the various deliverables ;
- Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders at various levels and expertise to understand their needs and issues ;
- Model current and target processes based on existing mapping practices;
- Perform high-level and detailed impact analyses on all angles of the scope of change and with the help of experts ;
- Collect, document and analyze business, stakeholder and solution needs , understand their linkages and ensure their traceability ;
- Actively participate in the partner search process, analyze various solutions and make recommendations on the solutions to be adopted ;
- Define, identify user test scenarios (UATs) and support users in the operational transfer;
- Make proposals for the change management strategy.
- Hold a university degree in a field related to the industry and several years of relevant experience;
- Demonstrate business analysis skills in a technology-intensive ecosystem;
- Have experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management and continuous improvement;
- Demonstrate good business acumen and a good understanding of the activities, processes and issues of the banking sector, including regulatory and governance requirements;
- Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping, including BPMN modeling;
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes, including the development of test strategies and scenarios;
- Demonstrate the ability to think strategically, have excellent analytical, synthetic, communicative and complex problem-solving skills;
- Demonstrate leadership, initiative, good priority management and adaptability;
- Master the Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) as well as Atlassian tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
