Job description
- Collect, analyze and document business needs when the nature of the project requires it;
- Model and challenge target business processes; identify efficiencies and areas of friction before engaging technology;
- Support the writing of functional specifications in collaboration with the business analyst and the teams concerned;
- Evaluate the value of projects using key indicators (light business case, ROI, cost, total cost of ownership) and confirm alignment with strategic objectives;
- Carry out impact studies (processes, data, organization, partners) and propose appropriate solutions;
- Plan and animate the adoption component: stakeholders, communications, training, super-users, measurement of adoption after go-live;
- Structure and animate complex problem solving (root cause analysis, options, documented recommendation);
- Track project and portfolio KPIs;
- Produce a standardized status (progress, risks, dependencies, arbitration requests) and periodic reports for management and governance bodies;
- Initiate and feed profit tracking after commissioning, not just at project closure;
- Contribute to the evolution of PMOTI templates, rituals and standards, and document lessons learned.
- Hold a university degree in project management, engineering or administration;
- Have a certification in project management, ideally PMP;
- Have between eight (8) and ten (10) years of experience in technology project management, including at least three (3) years on multi-party projects with a corporate scope;
- Demonstrate experience in Microsoft 365 project delivery, Power Platform and business intelligence;
- Experience with external firms or integrators;
- Have experience in a context of organizational transformation;
- Master project management tools;
- Have experience in data literacy;
- To know the concepts of costs in information technology;
- Master generative artificial intelligence tools applied to project management;
- Demonstrate sensitivity to non-functional requirements and technical debts that may be generated by a project;
- Certification in change management (an asset);
- Have certification in business analysis, including CBAP, PMI-PBA, or IIBA-AAC (an asset);
- Experience in a non-profit organization (NPO) (an asset).
