Job description
- Develop the project plan taking into account the issues, complexity and interdependencies;
- Ensure the delivery of deliverables in collaboration with the contributors;
- Coordinate and supervise internal and external contributors;
- Allow change requests and ensure compliance with governance and methodologies;
- Analyze risks, their impacts and define mitigation strategies;
- Ensure accountability and produce promotion statuses with the decision-making bodies.
- Have more than (10) years of relevant experience in managing large-scale projects;
- Experience in risk management and/or within a financial institution;
- Mobilize multidisciplinary teams (business, IT and external suppliers);
- Plan and coordinate several large-scale deliveries simultaneously;
- Evolve effectively in complex contexts;
- Work in hybrid mode (2 days a week in person);
- Master's degree or graduate degree in project management (asset);
- Hold a PMP, MGP or ACP certification (asset);
- Knowledge of risk management related to the provision of financing (asset).
- This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
