Job description
- Plan and perform the installation and configuration of SAS Enterprise Session Monitor in development and production environments;
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to prepare servers, virtual machines, and technical requirements for deployments;
- Validate target architectures, network flows and security requirements, then support teams in setting up the required access;
- Install and configure SAS Enterprise Session Monitor servers and necessary components in the various environments;
- Configure SAS Viya environments in accordance with established architectures and best practices;
- Perform technical and functional validations following installations and upgrades;
- Produce quality reports, document lessons learned and make recommendations for improvement;
- Support teams as part of the full platform upgrade cycle using automated deployment mechanisms;
- Assess the quality of deployments and recommend improvements to pipelines, quality controls, and operating practices;
- Ensure the transfer of knowledge and support the development of the autonomy of internal teams.
- Demonstrate expertise in SAS Enterprise Session Monitor and SAS Viya environments;
- Have significant experience in installing, configuring, administering and operating SAS platforms;
- Master Linux environments, virtualized infrastructures, networks, security mechanisms and access management;
- Validate technical architectures, configure network flows and solve security-related issues;
- Use automation tools as well as continuous integration and deployment mechanisms;
- Produce technical documentation, quality reports and recommendations for improvement;
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and ensure knowledge transfer.
