Job description
- Coordinate a work team and orchestrate the execution of a large-scale project until deployment;
- Define the objectives, strategy, means and plan the activities of the project;
- Ensure delivery of deliverables on time, on time and on business objectives;
- Manage the availability of human, material and financial resources;
- Supervise and monitor the governance of the project;
- Identify, analyze and mitigate risks and issues;
- Produce accountability and monitor progress with decision-making bodies;
- Collaborate closely with and engage stakeholders.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Have more than six years of relevant experience in managing large-scale projects;
- Have experience in a business and project management ecosystem;
- Have experience in data and analytics (business intelligence) projects or programs;
- Carry out mandates related to artificial intelligence for predictive and analytical purposes;
- Master risk management, ideally in the financial services industry;
- Know about software integration and replatforming projects;
- Use Jira and Confluence tools effectively;
- Hold a PMP, MGP or ACP certification;
- Demonstrate an ability to evolve in complex contexts and meet challenges;
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and good political sense;
- Demonstrate mobilizing leadership and demonstrate initiative, planning and coordination;
- Master's degree or graduate degree in project management (an asset).
