Job description
- Advise managers and executives on issues related to investment portfolio management;
- Contribute to the integrated management of the Group's investment portfolio by providing a cross-cutting view of the issues, priorities, capabilities and investments across the different sector portfolios;
- Contribute to the evolution and application of investment portfolio governance practices to foster uniform, transparent and consistent management across the Group;
- Participate in investment prioritization and arbitrage exercises based on strategic orientations, organizational capabilities and expected benefits;
- Perform strategic analysis to support executive decision-making;
- Produce recommendations and positions for governance bodies;
- Design high-level executive presentations for executive committees and managers;
- Produce analytics, dashboards, and tracking templates using Excel;
- Contribute to the evolution of portfolio management practices and the continuous improvement of governance;
- Collaborate closely with managers, portfolio managers, delivery offices and peer advisors to ensure a common understanding of priorities and issues;
- Perform investment portfolio analyses to support decision-making;
- Synthesize complex data and translate it into clear, relevant, and action-oriented executive messages;
- Support the preparation of strategic briefs related to capacity, performance, investments and organizational transformations.
- Demonstrate recognized expertise in investment portfolio management, governance or strategic management;
- Have significant experience in complex organizations with multiple concurrent programs and projects;
- Evolve in executive contexts and make recommendations to senior management;
- To exert influence in a context without hierarchical authority;
- Interact effectively with managers and executives;
- Collaborate with various partners and expert advisors;
- Demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills;
- Be Able to design strategic and executive presentations using PowerPoint;
- Leverage Excel for data analysis, modeling and dashboard production;
- Effectively use Microsoft 365 tools and artificial intelligence capabilities for the analysis, synthesis, and valorization of information.
