Job description
- Collect, analyze, and document the needs of the clinical and administrative sectors;
- Act as an intermediary between users, vendors, and IT teams;
- Analyze requests for computer equipment as well as complex or recurring incidents;
- Assess technology needs related to workstations, printers, cell phones, mobile equipment and other computer equipment;
- Plan and coordinate activities for the deployment of equipment and technological solutions;
- Coordinate migrations and the different phases of deployment projects;
- Prepare and facilitate follow-up meetings with the various stakeholders;
- Produce, maintain and improve operational documentation and processes;
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of field activities until they are carried out;
- Travel regularly between the project office and the different sites according to the needs of the project.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant discipline;
- Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a computer analyst or proximity analyst;
- Demonstrate experience in coordinating IT infrastructure deployments and field projects;
- Have experience in user needs analysis and documentation writing;
- Know ITIL best practices;
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders;
- Be available for frequent trips to the different project sites;
- Experience in the health care system (an asset);
- Experience in improving business processes is an asset.
