Job description
- Configure, administer, maintain and evolve computer networks, management systems, servers, databases and business solutions;
- Analyze issues related to deliveries, deployments, quality control and quality assurance;
- Support more experienced professionals in carrying out mandates;
- Participate in the development of advice and implementation plans in line with best practices;
- Perform analyses and develop drafts of tools or work processes;
- Write the required technical documentation;
- Use your knowledge of the business field to help solve complex problems;
- Collaborate with stakeholders from different technology fields;
- To support customers and partners in the use and evolution of solutions.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Experience in supporting and operating RHEL Linux environments;
- Have a first experience in technical support or incident management;
- Demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness and curiosity;
- Demonstrate a quick learning ability in a technical environment;
- Master RHEL 7, 8 and 9 Linux environments;
- Experience in incident management in production and pre-production environments;
- Have basic knowledge or experience with Ansible;
- Have experience in the banking or financial sector;
- Know Bash or Shell scripting (an asset);
- Experience in upgrading or migrating environments (an asset);
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace (an asset).
