Job description
- Actively approach potential candidates to discuss opportunities;
- Search and identify candidates using databases, professional networks and social platforms;
- Ensure that the applications received are relevant and aligned with the strategic needs of the company;
- Propose innovative ideas to improve talent attraction and implement effective recruitment strategies;
- Track and report your recruitment activity in our applicant management system.
- Plan and conduct interviews with candidates;
- Make recommendations on applications to hiring managers;
- Present job offers to candidates and conclude negotiations successfully;
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
- Conduct competitive intelligence to stay informed of market trends and best practices;
- Actively participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition (in the IT sector, an asset);
- Hold a college or university degree in human resources, industrial relations, management or a related field;
- Master Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) as well as various recruitment tools;
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
- Be able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team;
- Master social media, especially LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter;
- Demonstrate determination and an ability to meet recruitment objectives;
- Demonstrate adaptability and active listening skills in order to fully understand the needs of candidates and managers.
