Job description
- Configure, deploy, and administer PingOne services, including PingOne for Customers, PingOne for Workforce, PingOne MFA, PingOne DaVinci, and PingOne SSO;
- Design and implement authentication pathways, access policies, and authorization rules;
- Implement and maintain identity federation integrations using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM;
- Manage the identity lifecycle, including provisioning, deprovisioning, access governance, and rights review;
- Configure multi-factor authentication and adaptive or passwordless authentication mechanisms;
- Integrate PingOne solutions with enterprise applications, directories, and APIs;
- Diagnose and resolve authentication and access management incidents;
- Document architectures, configurations, and operating procedures;
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure compliance with security standards;
- Participate in security and compliance audits.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Hold a degree in computer science, software engineering, cybersecurity or a related field;
- Fifteen (15) years of experience in identity and access management;
- Be proficient in the PingOne platform, including configuration, administration, and orchestration;
- Be familiar with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM protocols;
- Understand identity and access management concepts such as SSO, MFA, federation, IGA, RBAC, and ABAC;
- Demonstrate experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and Microsoft Entra ID;
- Have knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and integration scenarios;
- Understand cybersecurity and access governance principles;
- Have a Ping Identity certification (an asset);
- Be familiar with PingFederate, PingAccess or PingDirectory (an asset);
- Experience with other IAM platforms such as Okta, ForgeRock, SailPoint or Microsoft Entra (an asset);
- Demonstrate scripting experience with PowerShell, Python or JavaScript (an asset);
- Knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud environments (an asset);
- Demonstrate rigor, autonomy and attention to detail;
- Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Popularize technical concepts to various stakeholders;
- Collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
