Job description
- Drive initiatives from planning to delivery and handover to operations;
- Define the roadmap, establish the governance framework and specify the performance indicators;
- Coordinate stakeholders, including business, information technology, security, architecture and partner teams;
- Manage complex interdependencies between projects and teams;
- Adapt delivery approaches in an evolving and iterative context;
- Structure practices related to testing, synthetic data, and environmental safety;
- Supervise external vendors and partners;
- Identify and mitigate operational, compliance, and delivery risks;
- Follow up with executive bodies and maintain high-level communications;
- Implement control, change management, and adoption mechanisms.
- Ten (10) or more years of experience in information technology, including a minimum of five (5) years in project or program management;
- Demonstrate significant experience in delivering complex initiatives involving multiple teams;
- Expertise in testing practices, non-production environment management, and data governance;
- Understand information security and compliance issues;
- Proficiency in project portfolio management tools, including Microsoft Project and enterprise project management tools;
- Be familiar with agile approaches as well as hybrid models;
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, a master's degree is an asset;
- Have a project management certification is an asset;
- Demonstrate leadership, communication and influence skills;
- Be able to manage ambiguity and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
