Implement and configure Snowflake Intelligence (Cortex Analyst) according to the design specifications: deploy the provided semantic models, configure custom statements and the Verified Query Repository (VQR). Develop non-PII aggregate exposure views and pre-share validation mechanisms according to established governance rules. Implement the analytical account RBAC model: creation of functional roles, access profiles by business line, integration with Azure AD and IIQ. Configure Network Security Policies to restrict access to the BNC corporate network. Develop and maintain infrastructure as code via Terraform (account setup, RBAC, Network Policies, warehouses, monitoring). Develop validation and audit pipelines: detection of residual PII, usage monitoring, consumption alerts. Participate in the design of technical solutions in collaboration with the architect and the Security team. Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and support releases. Document configurations, deployment processes, and operational runbooks. • Demonstrated expertise on Snowflake: multi-account administration, Data Sharing, advanced RBAC, Network Policies, Resource Monitors.
• In-depth knowledge of Snowflake security mechanisms: Row Access Policies, Dynamic Data Masking, Aggregation Policies, Object Tagging.
• Experience with Snowflake Cortex (Analyst, Search, Intelligence) or demonstrated ability to rapidly adopt native AI capabilities.
• Strong command of advanced SQL (views, stored procedures, Streams & Tasks, complex aggregations).

Cloud and Infrastructure

• Experience with AWS (IAM, VPC, PrivateLink, CloudWatch) in a Snowflake context.
• Proficiency in Terraform (IaC) for provisioning Snowflake accounts and resources.
• Understanding of secure network architectures (segmentation, PrivateLink, DNS).
• Excellent Python skills for development and automation.

DevOps & Governance

• Advanced experience with DevOps tools: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Vault, CI/CD, automation.
• Familiarity with data governance processes: classification, cataloguing (Collibra), lineage.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts, automated testing, application security.

Methodologies

• Demonstrated experience in Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong coding practices, code review, documentation, and testing.

Skills assets

• Experience with dbt for SQL transformations and model management.
• Knowledge of Snowflake Organizations and multi-account management.
• Familiarity with self-service analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) and their Snowflake integration.
• Exposure to FinOps concepts (Snowflake cost optimization: warehouses, Intelligence credits).
• Knowledge of data testing frameworks.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial sector (protection of PI, access control, auditability).

Experience and training

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering in a large company.
• Minimum 2 years of significant experience with Snowflake (administration or development).
• SnowPro Core or Advanced certification (required or to be obtained within the first 6 months).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in a regulated environment (banking, insurance, government) is a strong asset.
