Job description
- Plan, coordinate and monitor the execution of digital transformation projects, including the redesign of transactional self-services;
- Ensure the daily management of several projects/sites in parallel, in a context of transformation and evolution of digital journeys;
- Contribute to the operational alignment between the business and IT teams, in order to ensure the alignment of deliverables and the consistency of solutions;
- Integrate and coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams (marketing, offers, customer service);
- Manage interdependencies in an environment of multiple systems and technology integrations;
- Produce structured and reliable project follow-ups from JIRA and Confluence;
- Apply and evolve project management practices in agile and hybrid contexts;
- Support teams in the concrete use of JIRA and Confluence tools, including structuring, best practices and monitoring discipline.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project management, with significant experience in digital transformation projects;
- Have concrete experience in:
- The complete redesign of self-services or transactional journeys;
- Management of several sites in parallel;
- Complex technology environments.
- Have relevant experience in projects integrating artificial intelligence solutions (e.g., conversational AI, advanced analytics, automation) in a digital context;
- Experience in tight project monitoring: managing deviations, risks and interdependencies;
- Demonstrate experience in support and change management, particularly for the adoption of agile tools and practices;
- Possess an excellent command of JIRA and Confluence, with the ability to tool and supervise teams in their use;
- Demonstrated ability to ensure operational alignment between business, technology and AI/data teams;
- Have the ability to structure and move teams forward in evolving and sometimes ambiguous contexts;
- Have a sense of autonomy, rigor, organization, analytical skills and strong collaborative skills.
