Job description
- Define and evolve the data and AI governance framework;
- Recommend control, risk management, compliance and accountability mechanisms related to AI;
- Develop data and AI roadmaps, action plans, policies and guidance;
- Map information assets, critical data flows and associated issues;
- Conduct a strategic watch on AI trends, tools and best practices;
- Produce analyses, recommendations and popularization documents to support decision-making;
- Identify relevant use cases and opportunities for process improvement through AI;
- Assess the technical, operational, ethical, and regulatory feasibility of AI initiatives;
- Recommend, develop and deploy proofs of concept or AI solutions adapted to organizational needs;
- Collaborate with IT teams, business experts and partners to ensure the integration of solutions;
- Define indicators to measure the value and impact of the solutions implemented;
- Contribute to the training and awareness of teams on the possibilities, limits and challenges of AI.
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in information technology;
- Minimum of eight (8) years of consulting experience in the fields of data, enterprise architecture, analytics, or AI;
- Recent experience in implementing proofs of concept or AI solutions in comparable organizational contexts;
- Recent experience in at least two AI-related fields, such as automation, machine learning, agentive AI, or generative AI;
- Experience with modern AI platforms, such as Copilot, Copilot Studio, SAP Joule, Azure AI Foundry or equivalent;
- Experience in developing AI solutions with cloud services and MLOps practices, an asset;
- Experience in development with a language used in AI, including Python, an asset.
