Job description
- Ensure the delivery of projects and programs on time, according to the established budget and the required quality standards, while respecting the defined scope;
- Lead, define and coordinate project initiatives ensuring alignment with strategic objectives;
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce comprehensive reports to measure progress and results;
- Proactively identify, assess and mitigate project risks;
- Identify and quickly resolve issues related to projects or programs in order to minimize impacts on progress;
- Contribute to and validate business case analyses to support effective decision-making;
- Make detailed recommendations regarding the initiation, extension or termination of projects based on performance, financial objectives and risk assessments;
- Manage the financial aspects of projects and programs by ensuring alignment with departmental budgets and assessing financial impacts throughout the life cycle;
- Collaborate effectively with the Architecture, Finance, Procurement, Projects and Operations teams to ensure consistent project delivery;
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and IT partners to ensure alignment and clear communication for project success;
- Ensure compliance with the PMO methodology throughout the life cycle of projects and programs;
- Ensure the delivery of projects on time, on budget and in accordance with the required quality standards.
- Have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in IT project management;
- Experience in deploying IS/IT applications, including human resources, engineering, services, finance and legal;
- Lead the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of engineering-oriented systems, such as:
- product lifecycle management (PLM);
- manufacturing execution systems (MES);
- computer-aided design and engineering (CAD/CAE) platforms;
- engineering change management (ECM) tools, etc.;
- Have knowledge of SAP environments (on-premise and cloud) as well as integrations;
- Master ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) data migration processes;
- Knowledge of organizational change management (OCM);
- Knowledge of application delivery and service maintenance;
- Experience in managing multiple and large projects;
- Be bilingual;
- Experience with BI technologies and data warehouses (Asset).
