Job description
- Lead and deploy communication strategies for major digital transformation initiatives (e.g., TeamCenter, Design Center), ensuring clarity and consistency across channels;
- Design and support the production of high-quality content such as presentations, FAQs, guides and user communications, ensuring clarity, consistency and visual quality to drive change;
- Collaborate with the organizational change management team to define effective communication channels at all levels and ensure that communication and training plans reflect user needs, impacts of the organization, and the impact of the organization. change and preparedness activities;
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, corporate messages and corporate communication standards;
- Simplify technical and IT concepts into simple and engaging messages that allow stakeholders to understand "what's changing", "why it's important" and "how to prepare for it";
- Develop communication roadmaps, message frameworks, process overviews, people, and content journeys to support adoption awareness transformation initiatives post-deployment;
- Support the entire transformation cycle, from initial engagement and pre-launch communications to release communications, reinforcement activities and long-term adoption;
- Collaborate closely with transformation program managers, business experts, and stakeholders to gather key information and ensure content accuracy and relevance;
- Promote best practices in storytelling, clarity, change communication, and content design.
- More than five (5) years of experience in digital communications or change management, content strategy or a related field, supported by a bachelor's degree;
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives;
- Proficiency in communication and collaboration tools such as Outlook, SharePoint and the Microsoft 365 suite; experience with training platforms (an asset);
- Demonstrate storytelling skills, adaptability and contributions to large-scale initiatives;
- Ability to excel in popularizing complex content and creating clear and engaging communications for specialized audiences (ideally in the aerospace or manufacturing sectors);
- Be proactive, detail-oriented, and have the ability to evolve effectively in fast-paced and fast-growing environments;
- This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
