Job description
- Develop the project plan taking into account the issues, complexity, dependencies and linkages with other projects;
- Ensure the delivery of deliverables in collaboration with contributors, in compliance with business objectives, costs and deadlines;
- Supervise and coordinate the internal and external stakeholders involved in the implementation;
- Authorize and supervise change requests while ensuring quality and respect for governance;
- Perform risk analysis, assess impacts and define mitigation strategies;
- Produce accountability and status of progress to decision-making bodies.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Have experience in the banking or financial sector;
- Have more than fifteen (15) years of experience in managing large-scale projects;
- Manage IT development teams;
- Master's degree or graduate degree in project management (an asset);
- Demonstrate experience in BI, data, analytics, and master data management (MDM);
- Hold PMP, MGP or ACP certifications;
- Have experience in risk management or in a financial institution;
- Contribute to the operationalization of data management practices;
- Evolve in complex contexts with rigor, leadership and political acumen.
