Job description
- Advise stakeholders in the validation and structuring of business cases;
- Translate business needs into coherent system orientations and solutions;
- Participate in opportunity studies, preliminary analyses and strategic orientations;
- Define and evolve the functional architecture of the systems;
- Design and maintain conceptual models (data and processing);
- Coordinate functional architecture work, regardless of the level of complexity;
- Assess impacts (costs, timelines, scope) and support project planning;
- Contribute to design, development and implementation strategies;
- Define and validate testing and implementation strategies;
- Participate in testing (functional, integrated, system) and ensure its quality;
- Carry out cost/benefit analyses of the proposed solutions;
- Accompany the project team and support analysts in detailed analyses.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, organizational information systems or a relevant field;
- 12 years of experience in information technology (within the last 15 years);
- 10 years of experience in the development or maintenance of information systems;
- 5 years of experience as a functional architecture consultant;
- Participation, as a functional architect, in at least 2 large-scale projects (more than 1000 person-days);
- Experience in the development of at least 1 system development and implementation strategy;
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in functional architecture in a web environment or with Oracle in a client-server environment;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an analyst-programmer in a Microsoft environment (.NET: SQL Server, Visual Studio, SharePoint, etc.);
- Working knowledge (minimum 1 year) of a structured methodology (Productivity Plus or Macroscope);
- Knowledge of ArcGIS, FME, and Oracle tools.
