Job description
- Develop, write and update functional analysis files of varying complexity, in accordance with the functional architecture in place;
- Support users in defining and clarifying their operational needs related to the functionalities to be developed or upgraded;
- Provide an advisory role to users to facilitate the understanding and validation of functional analyses;
- Plan, organize and facilitate workshops and validation, particularly for complex functional files;
- Participate in the analysis, evaluation and prioritization of requests for change and improvement, and make appropriate recommendations;
- Design and produce prototypes of solutions in response to the needs expressed;
- Present functional briefs to development teams and provide ongoing support throughout the delivery cycle.
- Hold an undergraduate degree (Bachelor's degree) in computer science, administration (organizational information systems option) or any discipline deemed relevant;
- Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in the development or maintenance of systems using a relational DBMS;
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a functional analyst;
- Have participated as a functional analyst in at least one major project;
- Have at least one (1) year of hands-on experience with a development methodology (Agile, Lean, Waterfall, Iterative, Spiral or DevOps);
- Have at least one (1) year of experience in development with Oracle in a client/server environment;
- Have at least one (1) year of experience developing web applications in a .NET environment.
