Job description
- Participate in the estimation of stories and the planning of the team's work;
- Carry out or supervise the organic design of solutions;
- Accompany developers and support the resolution of complex technical problems;
- Ensure the application of architecture guidelines and good development practices;
- Ensure the quality of the code delivered (code reviews, automated unit tests, best practices);
- Contribute to the summary and detailed estimates of the work;
- Prepare and coordinate releases (DevOps or manual);
- Document rules, procedures and organizational schemes;
- Contribute, as required, to programming or functional analysis activities in the team.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology with 13 years of experience, or DEC in computer science with 15 years of experience, or 17 years of relevant experience in IT;
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in C# development, including many of the following technologies: .NET Core, ASP.NET, REST API, React, TDD, AOS, JavaScript;
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in SQL, including at least 3 years with Microsoft SQL Server or Azure SQL;
- Experience in estimating work (summary and detailed);
- Experience as a technical leader or organic analyst with a team of developers;
- Experience in an Agile development environment.
