Job description
- Support the project team in implementation and deployment activities
- Provide an advisory role to the project leaders and support communication activities
- Perform analyses to identify stakeholders, their concerns, impacts, risks and ability to adapt to change
- Develop change management strategies and plans according to project priorities
- Design and develop communication materials adapted to different target audiences
- Collaborate with experts to develop training and support materials
- Define and implement tracking metrics to measure adoption and usage of the solution
- Ensure consistency of activities with human resources guidelines and tools
- Contribute to the identification of human issues and risks related to change
- Collect information relevant to the project
- Participate in the development of support, training and communication materials
- Plan, organize and monitor the progress of the activities and indicators of the change management plan
- Accompany managers in their role as ambassadors for change (e.g., workshops, toolkits).
- Have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in change management or organizational development (an intermediate profile of three (3) to six (6) years may be considered)
- Have at least one (1) year of experience in IT projects
- Be able to take on several mandates or projects in parallel
- Demonstrate the ability to organize and prioritize deliverables while maintaining a global vision
- Ability to analyze the environment, make connections and exert influence
- Integrate effectively into a project team and build trusting relationships
- Demonstrate good analytical and communicative skills
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, a spirit of synthesis and adaptability
- Hold a PROSCI certification (an asset)
- Know ADS+ (an asset)
- Experience in a municipal or public environment (an asset).
