Job description
- Develop complex implementation strategies, analyze, design and document products or business solutions;
- Verify software product analysis and development, design, code, test automation, and operations by applying development, data, and security best practices;
- Write down procedures, frameworks and development methods;
- Ensure the development of documentation, preparation and dissemination of training to peers and consumers;
- Work in co-creation with business partners and architects to fully understand and align solutions representing business intentions and objectives;
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and the impacts underlying changes;
- Ensure an analysis of issues with high operational and conceptual complexity, ensure that the causes are determined and that system problems are followed up during major incidents and ensure that they are resolved;
- Ensure the implementation of applications.
- Possess a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a similar role (senior level);
- Have proven experience in Agile development;
- Have experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD principles;
- Experience with Kubernetes;
- Demonstrate experience in the banking or financial field;
- Have a good knowledge of DevOps and cloud environments;
- Have a solid expertise in Java 21+ (Kotlin: asset), Spring Boot 4, Gradle, Git;
- Have a mastery of good development practices (clean code, clean architecture, design patterns);
- Be proficient in REST APIs, OAuth2 and system interconnection;
- Be curious, rigorous, autonomous and have excellent communication and popularization skills.
