Job description
- Collaborate closely with management, project managers and internal and external stakeholders;
- Manage stakeholder relations and conduct analysis to understand their needs, interests and influence;
- Define and implement strategies for engagement and change management;
- Analyze organizational impacts (roles, tasks, processes) and document findings;
- Identify the risks, conditions for success and levers for adherence;
- Plan and facilitate workshops, meetings and progress follow-ups;
- Consolidate the issues raised, make recommendations and propose possible solutions;
- Accompany and advise managers in their role as change leaders;
- Collaborate with communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, administration, human resources or related field;
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, including 3 years in large-scale business solution implementation projects in a multidisciplinary context;
- Experience in user impact analysis in the context of transformational deployments.
