Job description
- Ensure the management and implementation of large-scale technological projects prioritized by the sector, creating a climate conducive to motivation while facilitating daily activities;
- Optimize the use of project resources on an ongoing basis to achieve industry objectives;
- Diagnose problematic situations, intervene and get involved in the resolution of complex problems by ensuring the implementation of solutions;
- Consistently and proactively raise and manage project risks and issues;
- Produce the various reports to monitor the progress of the project work and provide the progress statuses, while adapting the communication to the audience;
- Ensure alignment between the Tl and Business teams regarding the various interdependencies affecting your project;
- To be an agent of transformation to promote our values and ensure constant communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Possess a university degree and four (4) years of relevant experience;
- Have relevant experience in team coaching as a project manager in large-scale projects and large companies;
- Experience in workshop facilitation and coaching;
- General knowledge of payment management in a financial institution is a strong asset;
- Demonstrate knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Analytical and critical thinking;
- Be comfortable in the Agile delivery mode;
- This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
