Job description

Role Summary

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Development, Technology and Security Sector, l incumbent will play a key role in defining the strategy, positioning and marketing of the cybersecurity offer as well as in its implementation. She will be responsible for developing and deploying effective go-to-market strategies, in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams, to increase the visibility of the offer and its execution with the teams.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategic function and positioning :
  • Contribute to defining and supporting the cybersecurity strategy and ensuring that it is aligned with the organization's business objectives;
  • Manage and evolve the overall performance of the cybersecurity offer;
  • Identify market trends, emerging risks, and growth opportunities;
  • Contribute to the strategic plan and support the achievement of the growth objectives of the Senior Vice President;
  • Translate strategic priorities into concrete and mobilizing actions and ensure alignment with the teams under his/her responsibility.
Development of the offer and marketing :
  • Structure, evolve and enrich the cybersecurity service offering;
  • Contribute to defining value propositions, packaged offers and pricing models;
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and ensure their deployment;
  • Actively support business development activities for the security component (customer presentations, proposals, tenders);
  • Identify and maintain close links of strategic technology partnerships;
  • Supervise and supervise the preparation of service proposals for the cybersecurity component;
  • Contribute to revenue and customer portfolio growth.
Business Development:
  • Ensure structured reporting allowing the monitoring of the pipeline of opportunities and the volume of business, in collaboration with management and teams;
  • Intervene in strategic customer relationships or major opportunities.
Delivery and governance of teams in mandate :
  • Supervise cybersecurity mandates globally and ensure their consistency with our offer;
  • Contribute to the prioritization of opportunities, initiatives and resources according to the objectives of the sector;
  • Ensure the quality, performance of cybersecurity mandates and customer satisfaction;
  • Implement methodologies, standards and best practices related to cybersecurity;
  • Oversee risk management, compliance and security of deliverables;
  • Optimize processes and ensure the profitability of projects;
  • Be able to intervene and coordinate actions in complex or high-stakes situations (customers, teams, delivery).
Leadership and Team Development:
  • Build, structure and support the development of teams of cybersecurity experts;
  • Support management in the execution of their responsibilities and ensure consistency in management practices;
  • Attract, develop and retain key talent;
  • Build a culture of excellence, innovation and collaboration;
  • Mentor leaders and ensure succession;
  • Supervise and support team managers and contribute to the mobilization of cybersecurity advisors;
  • Participate in the recruitment and development of talent;
  • Provide mentorship and skill development for cybersecurity resources.

Profile sought
Formation:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field
Experience:
  • Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience managing IT mandates or teams;
  • Significant experience in consulting services;
  • Experience in team management and business development;
  • Experience in complex environments (large enterprises, public sector, critical infrastructure);
  • Have a solid and well-established network of contacts in the field of Cybersecurity, which he will be able to activate effectively to support organizational objectives;
Technical skills:
  • Mastery of frameworks and standards: ISO 27001/27002, NIST CSF, CIS Controls;
  • Good understanding of security architectures (cloud, sovereign cloud, hybrid cloud and on-prem));
  • Knowledge of Azure, AWS and other environments will be an asset;
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., Bill 25, GDPR, PCI-DSS, etc.).
