Job description
- Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to do:
- Mainly support 2 teams in the adoption of agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban);
- Helping teams deliver high-value increments;
- Identify and remove impediments and obstacles to performance;
- Adapt practices according to the maturity and context of the teams;
- Support POs in the efficient management of the backlog;
- Structure priorities and improve the quality of items;
- Foster better product value creation;
- Design and facilitate workshops (ideation, alignment, continuous improvement);
- Adapt formats according to objectives and participants;
- Ensure engagement and efficiency of sessions;
- Actively participate in the Agile Transformation team;
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of agile practices and culture;
- Harmonize collaboration modes between teams;
- Support the implementation of practices at scale (multi-team);
- Implement and leverage metrics to identify areas for improvement;
- Track the progress of teams and transformation;
- Instill a culture of continuous improvement;
- Advise, train and coach managers on agile principles;
- Foster agile leadership.
- The profile we are looking for is as follows:
- Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a similar role (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Team Coach);
- Experience in defining and using performance metrics (flow, delivery, etc.);
- Experience in implementing agile practices at scale (multi-team);
- Have experience with (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban);
- Have a good understanding of traditional project management (interaction with projects);
- Have managed 2 cells at the same time;
- This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
