Job description
- Identify and mobilize IT employees outside the team and ensure their alignment with the implementation strategy;
- Plan application and technology deliverables and coordinate cost estimates taking into account the issues, complexity, stakeholders and linkages;
- Functionally supervise contributors and coordinate their activities to ensure team performance, quality of work and application of standards, methods and procedures;
- Coordinate all deliverables to meet agreed business objectives, costs and timelines;
- Manage changes, supervise the execution of work and define the implementation strategy of the application and technological component;
- Participate in the resolution of issues of varying complexity, including strategic issues;
- Analyze risks, assess impacts and define mitigation strategies to control the risk level of the project;
- Draft promotion statutes and communicate risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline;
- Have a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience;
- Demonstrate experience in large-scale projects in a multidisciplinary environment and in an agile context;
- Use JIRA and Confluence tools effectively;
- Master Agile, hybrid, and waterfall project management methodologies;
- Expertise in agile environments and simultaneous delivery of large-scale projects;
- Evolve effectively in complex organizations with high organizational stakes;
- Demonstrate expertise in maintenance and application evolution;
- Experience managing technology projects in Oracle environments, including ERP systems, databases, and financial solutions;
- Knowledge of the field of finance, including accounting.
