Job description
- Define and drive the MarTech and Artificial Intelligence roadmap over a three (3) to five (5) year horizon;
- Support directors and vice presidents in the development of technology and AI adoption plans;
- Govern and optimize the MarTech portfolio, including tool mapping and reducing redundancies;
- Evaluate, select, deploy, and govern generative AI and automation solutions;
- Ensure strategic alignment between marketing, IT, data and enterprise architecture teams;
- Supervise data needs, including CRM, CDP and analytics, in compliance with regulatory obligations;
- Contribute to the development of business cases, tenders and procurement processes;
- Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and limit technology debt;
- Conduct technology monitoring and disseminate best practices and trends.
- Hold a university degree in marketing, information technology, information systems, e-commerce, strategy or a related field;
- Possess more than ten (10) years of experience in MarTech, systems integration, and cross-functional projects within large organizations;
- Proficiency in CRM, CDP, marketing automation, analytics, and CMS tools;
- Knowledge of solutions such as SAP Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
- Demonstrate expertise in artificial intelligence applied to marketing, automation, and responsible artificial intelligence principles;
- Demonstrate strong influencing, cross-functional leadership and ability to collaborate with executive bodies;
- Possess excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills;
- Master Microsoft Office tools;
- This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
