Job description
- Elicitate, translate and document business and stakeholder needs based on objectives, as well as business and stakeholder requirements;
- Propose the business processes and target procedures related to the business solution to be implemented;
- Complete elicitation, documentation as well as obtain prioritization of business and stakeholder needs, as well as business and stakeholder requirements;
- Prioritize functional, non-functional and transition requirements;
- Ensure collaboration between delivery team members and customers in order to deliver the best solutions and maximum added value according to constraints;
- Model target business processes;
- Document target work procedures as well as user stories;
- Analyze and recommend efficient and effective ways of working;
- Align solutions and products according to the business context and strategic needs of the organization and stakeholders;
- Carry out documentation on financial analysis, added value and impacts of projects on the organization, as well as make executive presentations for the various projects and products for which he/she is responsible;
- Share best practices in business analysis with all stakeholders;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and project deliveries;
- Perform impact analyses on the organization's processes and systems of a change or a business opportunity;
- Update a business process or work procedure.
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of business analysis experience related to the definition of a business solution;
- Have a minimum of two (2) years of business analysis experience in the context of an IT project in agile mode;
- Have a basic knowledge of the Enterprise Architect tool;
- Hold an IIBA certification directly to IIBA such as:
- ECBA (beginner level – new BAs, junior candidates);
- CCBA (intermediate level – BA 2-3 years experience);
- CBAP (senior level – BA 7 years and older IIBA).
- Ability to master the business analysis methods of the Babok;
- Demonstrate proficiency in BPMN 2.0 business process modeling methods.
