Job description
- Create and expand indicators according to specific needs (Dashboard);
- Establish a communication plan to convey information to the team about a project;
- Provide the ability to coordinate and track the various project activities with the help of documentation or computer systems in order to have a status at given times;
- Demonstrate work done via Jira;
- Implement generic strategies and orientations. (Strategy or Direction Report);
- Ensure the proper implementation of a strategy or direction with management;
- Contribute to the elaboration of epics and their narratives in order to properly divide what is to be produced as work packages;
- Provide details of the mandate iterations;
- Contribute to the accomplishment of Stories to achieve the result(s) of what is expected;
- Provide the detailed overall content (Report) of the product backlog;
- Demonstrate work done through Confluence.
- Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a Scrum Master (senior);
- Demonstrate proven experience as a Scrum Master and in managing custom software development projects;
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with Jira Advanced Roadmaps;
- Have experience in setting up product mode;
- Demonstrate strong expertise in various Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe;
- Experience with a hybrid methodology (Waterfall and Agile);
- Master capacity, time and budget management;
- Have evolved in large environments;
- Master the use of Jira (update spaces);
- Assume responsibility for the project budget;
- Master the use of Confluence (reporting, knowledge management, maturity grid);
- Have a working knowledge of the MS Project tool.
