Job description
- Collaborate with the Technology Architecture Advisor in the design, evaluation and integration of technology architectures;
- Contribute to preliminary analyses and the development of technological advice and policy studies;
- Supervise the implementation of technological infrastructure solutions based on the developed architectures;
- Analyze and evaluate new products, then submit the results or scenarios for decision-making;
- To ensure the proper functioning, availability, reliability and monitoring of the systems and services under his/her responsibility, as well as the administration, storage and backup of data;
- Coordinate the implementation, implementation, changes and release of the technological environments under his/her responsibility, including availability, capacity, configuration and event management processes;
- Provide functional support for cross-platform technology frameworks;
- Continuously optimize internal and cloud infrastructure practices;
- Provide level 3 support in diagnosing and developing solutions to incidents and problems related to operating systems, software and applications, virtualization solutions, as well as directory and messaging services;
- Intervene in projects involving Microsoft technologies at the operational and infrastructure level;
- Automate as many repetitive or complex tasks as possible;
- Implement new project-based solutions;
- Support development teams in their evolution, maintenance and continuous integration activities;
- Participate in various operational management committees and ensure alignment with partners;
- Define and maintain IT security policies;
- Produce documentation associated with all these activities and ensure their availability and updating;
- Improve, update and align the documentation (analyses, guides, procedures and working methods) of the processes under his/her responsibility;
- Transfer knowledge to the various resources related to the operation.
- Have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in systems administration in a multi-platform environment;
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a cloud environment (Azure, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS);
- Proficiency in a minimum of five (5) years of experience in MS Windows security (roles, user groups, GPOs);
- To manage the capacity and performance of MS Windows systems with a minimum of five (5) years of experience;
- Proficient in Active Directory and Azure AD directory administration with a minimum of five (5) years of experience;
- Be able to configure file and print services, manage digital certificates and certificate authorities with a minimum of three (3) years of experience;
- Leverage event collection and logging solutions from server infrastructure systems (Windows Event Log, syslog, Splunk, Elastic Stack, etc.) as well as automated deployments (IaC) with a minimum of three (3) years of experience;
- Know how to use network protocols and services (ARP, DHCP, DNS, NTP, etc.) with a minimum of three (3) years of experience;
- Be able to use PowerShell, SQL, and data storage and backup systems (SAN or NAS) with a minimum of two (2) years of experience;
- Efficiently configure VPN tunnels (IPSec, TLS, GRE, etc.) with a minimum of two (2) years of experience.
