An AI designed to simplify complex processes
Allia is an artificial intelligence platform designed to support autistic individuals, their families, and the professionals who assist them in completing forms and simplifying financial assistance applications.
It helps users better understand available programs, prepare the required information, and move more easily through processes that are often lengthy and complex, adding to the many challenges they already face in their daily lives.
The goal is simple: to make the journey easier, clearer, and more accessible while keeping people at the heart of every decision.
Complementary perspectives behind Allia

From real-world challenges to solutions.
A diverse range of expertise helped shape the solution through a deep understanding of real-world needs and contributed to its evolution at every stage of the project. The strength of this united effort lies in bringing together these different perspectives around a shared vision and advancing Allia in a consistent and meaningful way.
A platform that guides users every step of the way
Allia goes beyond a simple search tool. The platform supports individuals throughout the application process by providing information on available funding programs, clarifying eligibility requirements and the steps involved, and progressively collecting the necessary information.
It can also help identify potential gaps, structure responses, and prepare draft documents that are ready for review and submission. This support extends across the entire journey, from understanding a program's requirements to the practical preparation of a complete application.
Agentic AI at the heart of the experience: behind the solution
Allia does more than answer questions: it works toward an objective. Through an agentic AI architecture, the platform understands the task at hand, progressively structures the information required, identifies missing details, and determines the most relevant next steps. Each interaction enriches its understanding of the situation, allowing it to provide personalized guidance through to the completion of the application.
To make its decisions, the agent relies on a specialized knowledge base containing information about available programs, eligibility criteria, rules, and other details relevant to the process underway. It can then retrieve the necessary context, validate its understanding, and determine the most useful questions to ask next.
This agentic approach transforms a complex task into a guided, personalized experience.

Allia combines a large language model (LLM), capable of understanding questions asked in natural language and generating answers, with a specialized knowledge base through a RAG approach. This allows the model to retrieve relevant information from reference sources before formulating its answer. Governed by security and governance mechanisms, the AI agent can understand context, access the right information and guide users in a personalized way throughout their application journey.
