A mobilizing leader with over 25 years of experience in the information technology field. Recognized for her keen business acumen, team spirit and strategic vision, she has played a crucial role in achieving COFOMO’s financial objectives and accelerated growth, which since 1995 has grown from 15 to over 3,000 employees, thanks to a balanced strategy between organic growth and acquisitions. Since June 2024, she has held the position of President and CEO of the company.

Lyne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration with a specialization in Finance and has successfully completed the Directors’ Education Program (IAS.D). Her leadership approach focuses on customer experience and employee well-being, while fostering a collaborative culture based on fun, inclusion and respect.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Lyne is involved in causes that are close to her heart, including Fillactive, Make-A-Wish and Centraide.

Robby is responsible for the growth and customer experience activities at COFOMO for the greater Montreal area. He has over 30 years of leadership experience in the information technology sector within national and international organizations. His deep understanding of the realities and challenges faced by businesses has enabled him to play a key role in COFOMO's growth since 2010.

A quiet strength, Robby’s leadership fosters team collaboration and is guided by values of respect, commitment, excellence, and innovation. He is an active member of his community and has served with dedication on several boards of directors in volunteer positions.

Influential leader bringing over twenty-five years of experience to our industry. Steve is respected in the industry for his leadership, pragmatic management, flair for innovation, and commitment to quality. He has played a pivotal role in positioning Nurun among the top global firms for digital transformation. A technology enthusiast, he leverages emerging technologies to enhance customer experience and positively impact his team.

Steve champions human values focused on talent development, engagement, and large-scale collaboration. He also contributes to inspiring and guiding the next generation of IT experts by getting involved with Le Code des Filles, a non-profit organization with a mission to encourage girls and youth to explore programming and digital technology.

A respected leader, Blair Richardson brings over 25 years of experience in IM/IT management, recognized for his ability to achieve ambitious goals and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Since joining COFOMO in 2012, Blair has taken on the role of Executive Vice-President and General Manager of our Ottawa office, where he leads the expansion of our presence in the market. Under his leadership, key partnerships have been strengthened, particularly with the Government of Canada, fostering sustained growth and solidifying our position as a market leader.

With a focus on growth and performance, Blair plays a pivotal role in our mission: supporting our clients in the management and delivery of business and technology projects.

An accomplished global Chief Information Officer and IT Executive Consultant with  40+ years experience.  Harry Pickett has a very diverse background and unique experience set having held global positions as a CTO/CIO in Financial Services and Retail organizations; Project Executive for IBM and DXC; and, a Senior Consultant for a global consulting firms.

Career highlights include: major private and public cloud implementations; establishment of an industry changing shared services outsourcing organization; and, leadership roles driving large complex digital transformations, Data and AI implementations, outsourcing and revitalization programs.  Harry has worked with BMO, Symcor, CIBC, Manulife Financial, Aimia and Cooperators.

Harry has a strong industry network; expertly builds strong relationships within the C-suite and is a recognized leader in his field.

Marc Baril is an inspiring leader with a rich and diverse professional background. For 25 years, he has amassed significant experience in talent management and operations management, holding strategic positions in internationally renowned companies. He has notably contributed to the operational excellence and growth of these companies before climbing the ranks at COFOMO, where he has demonstrated his expertise in various fields.

His passion for his work inspires those around him to strive for excellence and pursue their goals with determination. His dynamic leadership and constant commitment to improvement make him a valuable asset to COFOMO.

Deeply involved in philanthropic initiatives, Marc is the sponsor of the 48-hour bike event “Make-a-Wish”, a cause that is particularly close to his heart. This commitment reflects his desire to give back to the community and create a positive impact beyond his professional role.

Yves is responsible for all underlying financial operation functions, including mergers and acquisitions, and environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives. As a committed leader, he is also a member of several advisory committees and boards of directors.

During his career as a partner at PwC, he was in charge of financial statement audits for both private and public companies. As an audit and assurance specialist, Yves built an expertise in taxation, strategic management, financing, and mergers and acquisitions in addition to his in-depth knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and accounting standards for private Canadian and U.S. enterprises. Yves was also a leader of the PwC Quebec Private Company Services and a member of the PwC Quebec management team for more than 20 years. He has advised CEOs, CFOs and shareholders of large and medium-sized companies in a diverse range of sectors, including technology, services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, mining and consumer goods.
