Automation, Cybersecurity & AI Specialist

Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :

• Design and implement automated security controls within the development lifecycle to identify vulnerabilities early in the early stages using Shift-Left and DevSecOps approaches;
• Drive the vulnerability and patch management lifecycle by developing automated workflows to reduce manual intervention during scanning, prioritization, and remediation;
• Develop predictive analytics models and statistical models for leveraging security logs to detect emerging threats and trends;
• Build and maintain automated dashboards to provide real-time visibility into vulnerability trends to stakeholders;
• Implement scalable, repeatable, AI-enhanced security processes by supporting cybersecurity automation initiatives;
• Leverage natural language processing technologies to analyze security logs, documentation, and threat intelligence to strengthen insider threat detection and support the deployment of AI agents at scale.

• Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, cybersecurity or a related discipline;
• Possess CISSP, CISM, OSCP, CCSP certifications or specialized machine learning certifications (an asset);
• Fluency in French and English, both oral and written;
• Have a minimum of five years of experience in IT development, information security or data science in a technical environment;
• Proficient in Python, PowerShell, Linux, and Bash for programming and advanced scripting;
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of advanced SQL, API integration, and data mining;
• Knowledge of DevSecOps tools, data loss prevention solutions, encryption technologies, and vulnerability management platforms;
• Expertise in machine learning, machine learning model operations, and predictive analytics applied to security;
• Master large language models and natural language processing technologies in a security automation context;
• Effectively use Power BI, Docker, Kubernetes, JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, and continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines;
• Demonstrate a strong ability to influence and collaborate with different stakeholders to achieve the organization's objectives;
• Clearly communicate complex technical and artificial intelligence concepts to different audiences;
• Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, judgment and attention to detail;
• Demonstrate exemplary ethical behavior and maintain a high level of integrity in order to promote a culture of compliance;
• This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. French and English language skills are essential, both oral and written.
