Clinical Computerization Advisor

Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :
• Collaborate with coordinators, managers, vendors, partners and clients to ensure the evolution of clinical information systems;
• Evaluate the effort required, prioritize requests and contribute to the estimate of the work;
• Coordinate exchanges between clinical and technical stakeholders;
• Participate in the activities of the various IT groups and initiatives related to information systems;
• Carry out mandates entrusted by the manager;
• Analyze, collect and document the clinical needs and functional requirements of patients;
• Organize meetings with stakeholders to harmonize functional specifications;
• Document issues reported by users and support teams;
• Evaluate the clinical impacts of new features, updates, and technological changes;
• Test and validate clinical systems and their evolution;
• Make recommendations for clinical processes, technology solutions, and best practices;
• Contribute to the planning, deployment and continuous improvement of clinical information systems;
• Act as a functional expert for users and technical teams;
• Support technical teams in understanding clinical needs and designing solutions;
• Analyze incidents and coordinate the activities necessary to resolve them;
• Follow up on issues logged in incident management tools;
• Participate in the on-call service and intervene in major incidents or critical situations in production;
• Provide consulting services to managers, professionals, analysts, technicians and users;
• Serve as a reference for clinical processes and best practices;
• Ensure compliance with policies, security standards, regulatory requirements and information privacy rules;
• Contribute to the success of technology projects that impact clinical operations and patient care.

The profile we are looking for is as follows:
• Hold an undergraduate degree, bachelor's degree or certificate in a discipline relevant to the business field;
• Have a college diploma in a related discipline with ten years of experience in the health and social services field.
