Job description
- Implement, plan and facilitate agile train events, including program increment planning, inter-team synchronizations, system demonstrations and improvement workshops;
- Support teams and stakeholders in the continuous delivery of value according to the principles of agility at scale;
- Optimize governance mechanisms and contribute to the evolution of the organizational roadmap;
- Ensure consistency and alignment between different value streams and strategic initiatives;
- Detect obstacles, dependencies and cross-team risks, then coordinate their resolution;
- Establish, track and interpret performance indicators related to predictability, throughput, agile maturity and train performance;
- Promote the use of collaborative tools and support their adoption by teams;
- Train and support stakeholders in the application of agile practices at scale;
- Act as a catalyst for agile transformation by driving continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, management or a related field;
- Accumulate at least fifteen (15) years of experience in the field of information technology;
- Perform for at least five (5) years in an agile coach role or an equivalent function in a context of agility at scale;
- Demonstrate experience in strategy and data exploitation in complex organizational environments;
- Apply agile, hybrid, or traditional project management approaches in transformation contexts;
- Use collaborative and delivery management tools such as Azure DevOps;
- Experience in carrying out strategic mandates within large organizations, an asset;
- Knowledge of the health sector, an asset;
- Hold a Scrum Master certification or equivalent agile certification;
- Possess a Project Management Professional or Agile Certified Practitioner certification, an asset;
- Demonstrate mobilizing leadership, excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to influence;
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels;
- This position requires working primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks. This English proficiency is essential for understanding documentation and ensuring professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada.
