Job description
- Act as a product owner in complex projects and translate business needs into technical features;
- Collaborate with the Digital Experience Manager to deliver initiatives and contribute to the solution roadmap;
- Build, manage and prioritize the backlog based on the value and impact of initiatives;
- Define and clarify acceptance criteria and deliverables to technical teams;
- Drive projects within multidisciplinary teams with a focus on customer value and business objectives;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and their evolution according to current and future needs.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Have between three (3) and five (5) years of experience in delivering solutions as a Product Owner;
- Have a good knowledge of the field of digital products, both for web and mobile channels;
- Be proficient in Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, or equivalent tools;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and good stakeholder management;
- Master Agile methodologies;
- Experience in business impact analysis;
- Have experience in change management;
- Demonstrate an ability to ensure team communication and alignment.
