Job description
- Analyze, structure and operationalize analytical solutions in a data and artificial intelligence environment;
- Collect, formalize and validate business needs through workshops, interviews, user stories and acceptance criteria;
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams;
- Model data using approaches such as star modeling, expanded tables, and data vault architectures;
- Leverage data to ensure quality, traceability, and consistency in an analytics environment;
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet organizational objectives;
- Document functional requirements and deliverables using collaborative tools;
- Analyze complex source systems and understand the relationships between data;
- Contribute to the implementation of data quality governance and management practices;
- Participate in the transfer of knowledge and the development of the skills of internal teams.
- Have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in data analysis in a business intelligence context;
- Demonstrate real-world experience in carrying out analytical projects in complex environments;
- Master the SQL language in a context of analysis, validation and data quality;
- Have expertise in modern data architectures, including lakehouse environments;
- Use cloud-based analytics platforms, including Azure Databricks and Power BI;
- Understand the concepts of data governance and quality;
- Apply data modeling techniques adapted to analytical needs;
- Use documentation and collaboration tools such as Confluence;
- Knowledge of development and data processing environments, including Python and related technologies.
