Job description
- Define, document and implement best practices for artificial intelligence and software development;
- Support the design and development of end-to-end artificial intelligence or analytics solutions;
- Implement and improve engineering practices, including code management, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and documentation;
- Supervise the industrialization of artificial intelligence solutions, from prototype to production;
- Identify optimization opportunities and propose concrete improvements to practices and processes;
- Advise teams on technological orientations, solutions and tool choices related to artificial intelligence;
- Contribute to the implementation of responsible artificial intelligence practices, including security, compliance, governance and risk management;
- Document deliverables, decisions, and learnings to promote knowledge reuse and team autonomy.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in software development or in the development of artificial intelligence or analytics solutions in companies;
- Demonstrate experience with generative artificial intelligence or language models;
- Be aware of the security, privacy and governance issues related to artificial intelligence solutions;
- Understand AI best practice frameworks, including risk management, responsible AI, and application security;
- Have concrete experience in delivering end-to-end artificial intelligence solutions;
- Master Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, SQL and Python;
- Knowledge of ETL concepts, medallion architecture, and data ingestion and exposure processes in cloud-based analytical environments;
- Demonstrate a good knowledge of MLOps tools, the lifecycle of artificial intelligence solutions and related concepts;
- Master Agile practices in a DevOps context as well as Jira and Confluence tools;
- Be able to suggest ways to improve existing solutions;
- Provide technical leadership to support teams in the design of analytical solutions;
- Get to know Power BI.
