Job description
- Plan, coordinate and supervise User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Business Readiness Testing (BRT) and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) activities ;
- Define operational readiness criteria and acceptance frameworks prior to releases;
- Coordinate between the product, technology, operations, customer support and external vendor teams;
- Participate in the planning of deployments, cutover activities and releases;
- Identify, document, and track operational risks that may affect the launch of services;
- Oversee bug management and ensure their resolution before release milestones;
- Validate business processes, support procedures, and service delivery mechanisms;
- Ensure post-deployment stabilization activities (hypercare);
- Produce performance indicators, dashboards and operational readiness reports;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service launch and marketing processes.
- Hold a university degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, information technology or technology-oriented business administration;
- Have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in testing, operational readiness, business readiness, product delivery or service implementation;
- Have significant experience in managing and coordinating UAT, BRT and ORT activities;
- Experience in delivering complex customer-oriented digital services;
- Have experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external vendors;
- Experience in validating business processes and preparing for service launches;
- Experience in planning releases, deployment activities, and hypercare periods;
- Have experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks;
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and associated business processes;
- Master end-to-end testing methodologies and anomaly management practices;
- Demonstrate the ability to establish test governance, readiness criteria, and operational acceptance frameworks.
