Job description
- Develop, write and update functional analysis files of varying complexity, in accordance with the functional architecture guidelines and specifications.
- Support users in specifying their operational needs related to the functionalities to be developed or modified.
- Support users in understanding, validating and appropriating the functional analyses produced.
- Organize and lead validation workshops on complex functional files.
- Participate in the analysis and evaluation of requests for change and improvement, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Design and build prototypes of systems based on the needs expressed by users.
- Present functional files to the implementation teams and support programmers throughout development.
- Hold an undergraduate degree in computer science, business with an option in organizational information systems, or a recognized relevant discipline, or have an equivalency.
- Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a system development or maintenance context with a relational DBMS.
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience as a functional analyst in the development or maintenance of computer systems.
- Have participated as a functional analyst in at least one development project of more than 1,000 person-days.
- Possess at least one (1) year of hands-on experience with a development methodology such as Agile, Lean, Waterfall, Iterative, Spiral, or DevOps.
- Have at least one (1) year of development experience with Oracle in a client/server environment.
- Have at least one (1) year of experience in web application development in a .NET environment.
