Job description
- Implement services to take advantage of new AI technologies;
- Actively participate in the design and architecture of AI solutions;
- Act as a facilitator and partner of product teams, standardizing practices, equipping development teams and ensuring technological consistency;
- Promote reuse (architecture patterns, components, pipelines, templates, and best practices) to increase efficiency and limit technical debt;
- Frame and qualify data/AI use cases (ideation, feasibility, risks, value criteria, MVPs) and contribute to backlog prioritization;
- Designate reference architectures and solution templates for AI (ML and generative AI), including integration with Azure and Databricks services, as well as alignment with security, governance, and operational standards;
- Perform functional prototypes and MVPs on priority cases, including required data engineering, vectorization/embeddings, indexing/search (RAG) and application integration;
- Industrialize and put into production : CI/CD pipelines, MLOps/LLMOps, model lifecycle management (MLflow), deployment (batch and/or real-time), observability and control mechanisms;
- Develop and integrate agentic solutions when required : agent orchestration, tooling and connectors, design patterns, guardrail management, and performance and cost optimization;
- Produce reusable tooling for the benefit of internal teams: libraries, templates, scripts, delivery accelerators, reference examples and associated documentation;
- Continuously transfer knowledge: architecture and code reviews, coaching, targeted workshops, facilitating communities of practice, and contributing to governance frameworks and applicable AI Responsible practices.
- Knowledge of tools : Confluence, JIRA, XRAY, Teams, MS Office, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, code management and reviews, Databricks, Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI, agentic tools, Copilot Studio / Power Platform, monitoring.
- This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
