Job description
- Design and document business solution files with a focus on business needs;
- Recommend optimal cutting and sequencing of deliveries;
- Ensure alignment of initiatives with organizational directions;
- Contribute to cost, benefit and risk analyses of business opportunities;
- Coordinate the actions of the main stakeholders associated with the mandates under his/her responsibility;
- Advise, support and influence the organization with a view to improvement and innovation;
- Facilitate workshops and provide leadership on strategic issues;
- Ensure that the scope of the work entrusted to them is respected;
- Maintain alignment with the solutions, orientations, decisions and issues teams.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Possess excellent communication skills and popularize complex concepts;
- Demonstrate a strategic vision and a solid experience in executive consulting;
- Influence teams and promote industry best practices;
- Be customer-oriented and results-oriented;
- Have at least ten (10) years of experience in business solutions, including five (5) years in damage insurance;
- Have hands-on experience with business solutions or business analysis techniques;
- Lead files independently and demonstrate recognized leadership;
- Lead workshops with executives;
- Demonstrate expertise in communication and writing at an executive level;
- Participate in projects involving the integration of multiple systems;
- Write business needs and requirements;
- Produce business solution briefs;
- Support business analysts by coaching them in writing requirements, validating files and guiding work;
- Prepare positioning files and present them to project committees;
- Experience as a senior business analyst that can be considered equivalent;
- This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation and professional communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues across Canada. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written
