Job description
- Assess the current maturity of the practice (processes, artifacts, roles, governance);
- Define the maturity target and associated roadmap;
- Structure roles and responsibilities in architecture (business, solution, technology);
- Define the processes for engaging architecture in initiatives and projects;
- Define the structure of the repository (business capabilities, processes, data, applications, technologies);
- Identify and standardize required architecture artifacts;
- Define rules for governance, updating, and validating the repository;
- Document current (as-is), target (to-be) and evolution paths;
- Gather stakeholder needs;
- Select, configure, or optimize the enterprise architecture tool;
- Define metamodel, modeling conventions, and taxonomies;
- Ensure integration with existing tools (project management, portfolio, CMDB, etc.);
- Train and support users in adopting the tool.
- Possess a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline (computer science, electronics, telecommunications);
- Demonstrate certification or very good proficiency in TOGAF or equivalent standards (SAFe, Zackman, Gartner EA Framework etc.);
- Have hands-on experience on a minimum of three (3) large-scale IT projects of more than 1500 person-days;
- Have at least ten (10) years of experience in enterprise architecture;
- Have between five (5) and ten (10) years of experience in meeting facilitation and needs analysis ;
- Acted as an enterprise architecture consultant during the review of highly strategic projects ;
- Knowledge of finance and investment products and services (an asset);
- Have deployed an enterprise architecture tool twice or more times (e.g., Bizz Design, SAP LeanIX, Sparx Enterprise Architect, Ardoq, or other).
