Job description
- Embodying the lean-agile mindset through the right behaviors and a mastery of agile approaches for teams and at scale.
- Coach trains and their stakeholders on all its dimensions such as customer centricity, DevOps, product orientation, architectural track, etc.
- Be able to use SAFe, lean and agile principles to establish the right conversations and action plans.
- Effectively communicate the vision of change with all levels of the organization.
- Facilitate and maintain transformation governance such as the LACE (Lean-Agile Center of Excellence).
- Assist the LACE PO in maintaining the transformation backlog and work as a team with other SPC coaches.
- Facilitate communities of practice.
- To provide training on agile approaches to beginners or executives.
- Collaborate in the implementation of the lean-agile portfolio.
- Be able to coach the entire organization, possessing the emotional intelligence and facilitation skills required for small and large workgroups.
- Hold a compulsory bachelor's degree in BBA or any relevant university education;
- Have at least ten (10) years of experience in IT;
- Demonstrate five (5) years as a scalable agile coach in different teams and companies;
- Have participated in team/manager coaching in the SAFe framework;
- Have an up-to-date SPC (SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC)) certification;
- Have significant experience in an Agile environment and in the implementation of DevOps methodologies.
