Job description
- Develop and evolve overall project quality assurance strategies;
- Coordinate the quality activities of the teams and monitor progress;
- Identify, plan and orchestrate the different types of tests and the required environments;
- Analyze quality performance indicators and make recommendations;
- Contribute to quality documentation, including procedures, control files and standards;
- Support teams in defining scopes (stories, sprints, releases, projects, tests);
- Collaborate with architectural consultants, delivery teams and business sectors;
- Exercise a leadership, coaching and coaching role for teams.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline;
- Have a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in quality assurance;
- Demonstrate experience in developing and executing quality strategies;
- Have worked in multi-team and multi-project contexts;
- Have experience in coordination within large organizations;
- Master Jira, Confluence and Xray tools;
- Have a strong background in information technology;
- Demonstrate leadership, interpersonal skills and strong influence;
- Knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry (an asset);
- Have certification or experience in quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB) (an asset);
- Experience in banking or finance (an asset);
- This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. French and English language skills are essential, both oral and written.
