Job description
- Lead initiatives from planning to close-out ensuring strategic alignment and quality of delivery;
- Define and maintain roadmap, governance, and performance indicators;
- Coordinate and align stakeholders including business, IT, security teams and external partners;
- Manage interdependencies between initiatives and mitigate cross-project risks;
- Drive delivery in a changing context using iterative and agile approaches;
- Plan the transition from project mode to current operations;
- Supervise suppliers and ensure compliance with contractual commitments;
- Proactively identify and manage operational, regulatory, and delivery risks;
- Implement mechanisms for controlling changes and realizing profits;
- Produce executive-level reports and communications;
- Support change management and user adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in administration, information technology or a related field;
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, enterprise architecture, and integration strategies;
- Proficient in project and portfolio management tools such as MS Project and EPM;
- Be familiar with agile frameworks as well as hybrid delivery models;
- Possess more than ten (10) years of experience in information technology, including at least five (5) years in program and project leadership roles;
- Have strong expertise in managing complex and multi-partner programs;
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of enterprise architectures and integration patterns;
- Master project management practices as well as agile or hybrid frameworks;
- Hold certifications in project management (an asset);
- This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
