Job description
- Collect, analyze, and document business objectives, business requirements, solution requirements (functional and non-functional), and transition requirements to define the scope of the initiative and its main objectives features;
- Manage requirements by prioritizing, categorizing, maintaining, and ensuring traceability until the solution is put into production;
- Act as a link between business stakeholders and the initiative team regarding scope and key features;
- Facilitate collaboration, share information, organize and facilitate workshops related to the scope of the initiative;
- Contribute to program/project planning activities;
- Understand the current and target solution architecture and review solution architecture documents;
- Understand current and targeted business processes;
- Ensure that business solutions, high-level solutions, and system specifications meet key requirements and functionalities;
- Identify, manage and resolve discrepancies between requirements and the delivered solution until they are resolved;
- Support the definition of systems integration test scenarios and support teams during their execution;
- Document the user acceptance testing strategy, participate in the definition of scenarios and support users during their execution;
- Contribute to the change management strategy, planning activities and risk assessment of projects;
- Participate in handover activities to operations and post-implementation support;
- Support the documentation of processes related to the management of financial applications.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a relevant field;
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a business analyst role;
- Experience in application implementation projects covering the entire life cycle of a product;
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of financial processes, including treasury, accounting and procurement;
- Master procurement processes;
- Experience in large companies with more than ten thousand employees;
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba, SAP GTS solutions and business management systems;
- Demonstrate business knowledge and process design skills in the manufacturing industry;
- Experience in organizations in the manufacturing, transportation, automotive or aeronautics sectors;
- Have worked in companies with an international presence and operating on several continents;
- Experience in multi-site organizational environments.
